unfortunately, this brave non-reader has not identified themselves so any attempt at intelligent dialogue is denied. plus, i don't know which issue or article has pissed him/her off so i can't consider whether the 'criticism' is valid. and, the person can't spell. ("it is" is abbreviated as "it's"). but it's hate mail, and that means we're doing our job sufficiently enough to have (hopefully) comforted the afflicted and (presumably) afflicted the comfortable.
